English is an official language for all correspondence including teaching and instructions. However, incase where English is not common language, the candidate can take their instructions in their language. In such cases, the country head of the affiliated/accredited institution or academic advisors will satisfy the WAIM with the performance of the candidate or as decided by WAIM.
2. TEXT BOOKS
WAIM and its faculties provide the list of recommended reading materials directly or through affiliated/accredited institutions or academic advisors. The books are arranged by the student. Generally, we recommend all standard books and journals used in various standard Universities/Colleges/Institutions of the world in related subjects and specialties. The book references provided by WAIM and the faculty members are enough for the said courses.
3. NON-DISCRIMINATION
WAIM are non-secular and non-sectarian. We believe that education should be equally available to everyone, regardless of caste, creed, race, religion, national origin and health status.
4. DOUBLE
DEGREE PROGRAM
There is provision of double degree program in higher education. Students undergoing such programs have to apply on two separate application forms. Such candidates are called Special Category Candidates (SCC). They are granted a concession of 20% in their total tuition fee.
5. ACADEMIC
ADVISORS
All students undergoing distance learning program (DLP) are directed to select at least two academicians of related subjects having high academic records to be designated as academic advisors for the candidate for a particular course. The academicians are designated as academic advisor of the World Association of Integrated Medicine. They may be designated as Professor upon completion of certain formalities. These advisors are the pivot for interaction between the candidate and WAIM. The academic advisor is responsible for all the studies conducted by the student/candidate.
6. DUPLICATE
DEGREE
Candidates are advised to keep their certificate/degree in safely. WAIM does not issue duplicate Certificate/degree except in rare cases as theft or otherwise damaged. In such cases the candidate has to provide a written request with previous related records along with Cash $50.00/Rs.2000.00 payable in the name of World Association of Integrated Medicine at New Delhi/Varanasi.
7. EVALUATION AND EXAMINATION
Each candidates are thoroughly examined and evaluated in theory and practical aspects of the respective course. The questions in theory examination are of multiple choice/fill up the blank short answer types which has to be answered in three hours.The practical aspects vary according to the course and will be informed time time to time. In every examination, there is Viva-Voce. The candidate will be declared successful on the basis of total of theory, practical and via-voce. There is Grading System for award of the Certificate. The Grades are defined as:

8. AWARD OF CERTIFICATE
The successful candidate will be awarded the certificate in Integrated Medicine and its specialty. The candidate can suffix the awarded certificate with their name. The candidate are strictly advised to mentioned Integrated Medicine with their awarded certificate so that the patients/attendants should not get confused for the rendered services.
