World Association of Integrated Medicine (WAIM) invites application from the institutions of conventional (modern) medicine, traditional medicine, complementary /alternative medicine (irrespective system of treatment / healings) to get affiliation with WAIM in order to promote the integrated medicine globally.
AIMS OF AFFILIATION
For selecting the candidates and conducting the various courses on the guide lines of WAIM.
To trained the selected (counseled) candidates by WAIM for further teaching and training
ELIGIBILITY
The institutions interested in seeking affiliation with WAIM should fulfill the following criteria-
The President/Secretary/Managing Director/Director of the institution must be the Fellow of World Association of Integrated Medicine (FWIAM)
The institution should be registered under Society Registration Act of the State / Central Government or any competent registering authority of the country and have the provision of teaching, training and treatment / healing in the aims and objective of the registered document.
The institution should have the facilities of conducting the teaching, training and treatment/healing.
The Academic Advisors guiding the candidates in the institution must be at least Member (MWAIM) for Diploma and Fellow (FWAIM) for Degree courses and one Academic Advisor can not guide more than two candidates at a time except in rare condition where the approval of the WAIM is necessary.
The Practitioner who has passed their diploma and or degree from WAIM and are Member/Fellow of WAIM can become the Academic Advisor after getting the approval of WAIM for guiding to postgraduates to write the dissertation / thesis of the postgraduate diploma / degree students.
AFFILIATION FEE
The applicant Institutions/Hospitals/Nursing Homes of any system of education, treatment / healing interested in seeking affiliation with World Association of Integrated Medicine has to apply on prescribed form along with prescribed fee for particular faculty as mentioned below:

Note: All affiliations are renewable on payment of US$200.00/Rs 10,000.00 every year before 31st December. Institutions seeking affiliation after September is not required to pay the renewal fee in coming December. All above mentioned fee are likely to be revised in future.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The applicants are requested to apply on the downloadable prescribed form available on the site www.integratedmedicineindia.orgwith the following enclosures:
Duly completed Affiliation Form.
All the supporting documents in favor of all the relevant points mentioned in the application form (age, address proof, ID proof, educational details etc.).
Copy of the registration details of the institution (Certificate and Memorandum of Association)
Sketch Map of the institution.
An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs10.00 (For Indian Nationals only) in favor of World Association of Integrated Medicine. There will be separate guidelines for the applicant of other country for this clause.
Details of the teaching faculties and supporting staffs (name, qualification, experience and specialty)
Processing and Affiliation Fee as directed by the World Association of Integrated Medicine time to time.
Any other information you want to submit in support of the Institution.
